What forms of payment do you accept?: We gladly accept Visa, Maestro/Switch, Solo, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments. These are all processed through PayPal or Stripe.
How secure is this store?: This store uses PayPal or Stripe for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

CURRENCY

All prices shown are in GBP. Please see www.xe.com for a useful currency converter.

PAYMENT

Once payment has completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your WildCat Designs order. Items will be sent out within 3-7 working days of payment being received, where possible.

Please let us know if you would like an item gift-wrapped, at no extra cost.

SHIPPING

UK items: First Class Royal Mail post
International items: regular Airmail

If you would like an item sent via recorded delivery with online tracking, or need expedited shipping, please contact us before paying and we can give you a quote.

Shipping times (approx.)

UK: usually 2-3 working days
Europe: usually 3-5 working days
USA & rest of world: usually 5-10 working days
(Please also note that packages can take a little longer during busy times, eg. Christmas and bank holidays.)
